On July 29th, CRED signed a contract for the investment management of the second phase of the Tai 'an Guanshanyue project, marking another significant achievement in the company's project management and development agency construction business.

On June 17, 2022, the third meeting of the 9th Board of Directors of the company deliberated and approved the "Proposal on Engaging a Lead Broker", agreeing to engage Southwest Securities Co., Ltd. as the lead broker and entrusting it to handle matters related to share transfer registration and settlement for the company.
