On August 9th, The Paper learned from the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources that Beijing has released 8 pre-application announcements for commercial residential land, with a total land area of approximately 35 hectares and a total construction scale of about 670,000 square meters. The starting price of the land plots is 18.74 billion yuan.
